Get Fit Boston (GFB) is a personal training service that specializes in one-on-one, in-home fitness instruction.

You choose the location (in your home, office, or outside), the time (morning, noon, or night), and we provide the necessary equipment and workout programming to help you attain your health and fitness goals.

About the Founder

Get Fit Boston was founded by Adam Engelman. Adam is a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients attain amazing results. He has a Bachelors of Science degree from Springfield College in Applied Exercise Science. He is also certified through the two "gold standards" of personal training credentials:

  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
    Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
  • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
    Health/Fitness Specialist

Adam has had a wide array of experiences with a diverse clientele. He has trained elite professional, collegiate, and high school athletes, but has found his passion to be working with the good, hard-working people of Boston. Whether you are an 80 year old grandmother who would like to look great in a bikini, or a 35 year old parent who just wants to manage stress and have some time for yourself, Adam would love the opportunity to work with you. Known as one of Boston’s best trainers, Adam’s clients most commonly report that they hire him for his education, experience, and track record, but stay with him (on average: 2 years, 1 month) because they find his training style to be motivating, and most importantly, fun.
