Step 1: Complimentary 30-minute Consultation

Whether you have questions that you'd like to ask face-to-face before choosing to hire GFB or you're anxious to get started, we'd like to set up a 30-minute consultation with you. This 30-minute consult is free of charge, and will be at a time and location that is convenient for you. We use this consult to make sure our service and your needs are a good fit. If you choose to make the investment and hire Get Fit Boston, we'll leave you with a short homework assignment (a 3-day Eat/Sleep/Move journal) to complete and return to us before our first session.


Step 2: Get Fit Boston's Introductory Program

You've met with Adam Engelman and filled out your 3-day Eat/Move/Sleep journal and you're ready to get started! We offer a one-time, introductory package as a way for you to experience our service at a greatly reduced rate.

  • One Foundation-building Assessment & Evaluation Session (60-90 minutes), consisting of:
    • Goal-setting
    • "Before" photos
    • 7-point Functional Movement Screen
    • Starting measurements for weight, circumference, and body fat
    • Subjective Measurements (appetite, energy, sleep, and well-being)
  • Two - 60 minute Personal Training Sessions
    Including bottled water and a post-workout recovery shake for each session

Step #3 - Get Fit Boston's Get Fit Program

Now that you've experienced the initial benefits of having a GFB personal trainer customize a workout program exclusively for you, and you'd like to make it a regular part of your week. Our Get Fit program works with your busy schedule because we come to you twice a week for 12 weeks so you can achieve your goals.

  • 24 - 60 minute Personal Training Sessions
    Including bottled water and a post-workout recovery shake for each session
  • 1 - 60 minute Guided Grocery Store Consult
  • Have you ever wished that you could ask someone for help when deciding what to purchase at the grocery store? Now you can! You'll learn how to navigate through misleading labels and marketing ploys, and how to truly understand what you're putting in your body.
